About the project

This site was acquired within the national award winning master-planned community of North Lakes.    MG Homes went on to develop ‘Copeland Greens’ into a mix of 3 & 4 bedroom units. Located next door to the North Lakes Golf course & clubhouse, the complex imposes itself over the adjacent 18th fairway.The residents enjoy not only their private central area that includes a swimming pool, manicured open space and a well-appointed BBQ shelter but also the lifestyle that goes with fronting a golf course. The residents wake to grazing kangaroos and an abundance of other wild life. This repeats in the evening as the sun retires.
